An enterprise interface was needed to review project information and contract status in one place.
An enterprise web system connecting contracts, invoices, and approvals. We contributed to the development of workflows for finding contracts, reviewing billing materials and status, and identifying approval roles.
The interface supports reviewing contracts by project, vendor, type, and date, alongside status and approval information.
The review screen brings invoice details, supporting attachments, responsible staff, and approval status into the same workflow.
Project approval structures distinguish approvers, co-signers, observers, and recipients so the next role is visible.
