ZeroSketch collects only the information needed for project inquiries and uses it to respond to and discuss your request.
Controller and information collected
ZeroSketch handles the name or contact person, organization (optional), reply email, project type, and inquiry message submitted through this form. Do not include sensitive personal data, passwords, or access credentials.
Purpose and retention
We use this information only to review your inquiry, reply, and discuss the project. We delete it within 90 days after the consultation ends. Information subject to a contract or a legal retention obligation is managed separately for the relevant purpose and period.
Processing and service providers
Inquiries pass through our website server hosted on Railway and are delivered using Resend’s transactional email service. We read them in the contact@zerosketch.kr inbox on Google Workspace. These services are used only as needed for delivery and receipt. This website does not store inquiry content in a separate inquiry database or CRM.
Consent and your requests
You may decline consent to the collection and use of your information. Without consent, you cannot submit an inquiry through the form. For access, correction, deletion, or questions about processing, email contact@zerosketch.kr.
